Step One: Booking Policies

BY APPOINTMENT & ONLINE BOOKING ONLY. Please understand that Jane Leigh Eden works alone and is typically in service during operational hours. The phone is not answered during this time. If you have any questions regarding services, please leave a message and Jane Leigh will be happy to return your call within 24 hours. Please note that Eden Skin and Body Institute is closed on Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays. Messages left on those days will be returned the next operational day.

Eden Skin and Body Institute is open Wednesday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm. Services and treatments are by appointment and online booking only. No walk-ins. Payment methods include Zelle, check, or cash. If you have any questions, please call (704) 900-5420. 

Step Two: Intake Forms

Consent forms are required for all services you are receiving. The “Medical Intake Form” is required for all new patients along with the consent form for the service you are receiving. Please take a moment to print, fill out and bring with you the necessary forms for your service. Being prepared for your treatment will eliminate the stress so that you can have a relaxing experience.

Step Three: Returns, Groupon/Living Social, and Cancellations Policy

Product Returns: Please be aware that Eden Skin and Body Institute does not accept product returns. It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose allergies and purchase products accordingly.

Groupon, Living Social, etc.: Eden Skin and Body Institute’s policy for Groupon/Living Social holders has always been that you are only allowed to utilize 1 Groupon/Living Social discount for life. After your initial discount, check out the specials via e-mail every month or two.

Cancellations: We understand that life happens and sometimes there is a necessity to cancel and/or change your appointment. In order to be fair to all clients the following policies are honored. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If unable to give a 24 hour advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your booked service. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment or may not be refunded as part of a prepaid purchase. If you need to change your appointment, please go back to the site and remove your booking. The booking system will not allow changes to your appointment if you fall inside of the 24 hour time period.

Step Four: Book Your Appointment!

Please double check that you have read and understand all of Eden Skin and Body Institute’s policies and downloaded the necessary forms. Once you have completed these steps, you are ready to book your appointment. After requesting your service, a confirmation e-mail will be sent. If you don’t receive this confirmation, please re-book as your request was not received.
